The Cost-Effective Ways I Found to Scale My Small Biz 🚀

Hello Reader,

Daphne here! If you’re anything like me, you’ve spent way too much time (and money) trying to crack the code on scaling your small business. Forget those overpriced courses and coaches.

I’ve found the secret sauce, and it boils down to three must-haves: a killer website, social media channels, and a rockstar email CRM.

Here’s the lowdown:

  1. Your Website – Your Online HQ Think of your website as your digital home base. It’s where you tell your story, showcase what you do, and sell your products and services without the pesky limits of social media. Whether you’ve got a cozy brick-and-mortar shop or an online biz, your website is your owned space. It’s your playground! You get to control the narrative and create a space that reflects your brand perfectly.
  2. Social Media Channels – Your Outreach Crew You gotta be where your people are hanging out. Facebook, Instagram, X (yep, that’s Twitter’s new name), TikTok, Pinterest (so underrated and basically a search engine!), and YouTube are your best buds here. Pinterest drives organic traffic like a dream, and YouTube? It’s super powerful for sharing content and even podcasting on the cheap! Social media is your megaphone – it’s how you reach new audiences and keep your current customers engaged.
  3. Email CRM – Your Direct Line to Customers An email CRM like ConvertKit, FloDesk, or MailerLite is your new best friend. It’s all about building that email list, sending automated emails when someone buys or opts in for a freebie, tagging your peeps, and delivering juicy content. You need a CRM that you LIKE using and that’s simple enough to do what you want it to do, like sending automated emails and delivering content like a downloadable PDF. A good CRM will tag your users, deliver your automated emails, and send broadcast emails to your list – perfect for staying in touch with your audience.

These three tools are the backbone of any successful biz in 2024. They help you build, engage, and grow without blowing your budget on ads or drowning in social media posts.

Got questions about which tools to pick? Shoot me an email or DM me on Facebook or Instagram. I’m here to help you rock this digital world!

Catch you later,

Daphne Boyd

Hi Reader, I just wanted to take a moment to reach out and check in with you — wherever you are right now — after the devastating floods that swept through so much of our beloved Texas last week. From San Angelo in the West to Kerrville in the Hill Country to New Braunfels and Seguin east of San Antonio — this flood stretched hundreds of miles, fueled by a stubborn low-pressure system and tropical depression Barry off...

Hello Reader, If you’ve ever felt like there just aren’t enough hours in the day to run your business, homeschool (or just handle family life), and still make time for yourself—you’re not alone. Between running my business, homeschooling my kids, and keeping up with client calls, content creation, and marketing, I realized I needed a structured but flexible schedule that actually worked. Here’s what I did—and what you can do too—to create a schedule that keeps you...
